I just watched the part where one of the victims said that she became a recruiter at the age of 16 and was easily manipulated by Jeffrey. I feel like at the age of 16 you know for sure that it’s wrong to lure other girls into an old sick man’s house after he tried to touch you inappropriately. Especially the girl that was a victim of rape. I am completely enraged that despite being a victim of sexual abuse she continued to recruit other girls for him. I think 16 is an old enough age to know right from wrong when it comes to prostitution.
